Congratulations to Fellow Alum John Drazan! John successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis today before his dissertation committee. The title of his dissertation is “An Implantable Wireless Sensor for Continuous Monitoring of Intracompartmental Pressures."
John is a Fellow Alum supported in his work by the former NSF Triple Helix Grant. John starts as a Lecturer in the Biomedical Engineering Department at RPI in the fall semester. In addition to his biomedical research, he is also the STEM director for 4th Family Inc., where he works to engage underrepresented students in the STEM disciplines through sports science and analytics.
