Summer Teacher PD 2018

Our Summer 2018 Teacher Professional Development is over and it was quite a leap up in scale from last year's participant number. With over forty teachers, the outreach of CSDT and Generative STEM grew as Albany teachers collaborated with our undergrad researchers to study a site module and create lesson plans for use in the classroom. Modules included Aquaponics, Air Quality Sensing, Water/Soil Sensing, Performing Arts, Cornrows/Hair Strength/pH, Adinkra, Quilting, and Anishinaabe Arcs. Thanks to all the undergraduate researchers who ran the explorations, and all the teachers who participated.
